The BLS course provides healthcare professionals and first responders with essential skills in CPR, AED use, ventilations, and emergency response for cardiac and life-threatening situations across all age groups.
Standard and Emergency First Aid courses teach CPR, AED use, and emergency response skills, with options for basic one-day or comprehensive two-day certification.
The Heartsaver® course is a practical, instructor-led training for those with little or no medical background, teaching CPR, AED use, and choking response for all ages, with optional training for opioid-related and drowning emergencies.

Our lead instructor, Dave, is a current working paramedic with Elgin County EMS. He brings professionalism and real-world experience to every course he teaches, blending practical knowledge with hands-on training in a way that’s clear, engaging, and easy to remember.
